PROBLEM
Charli XCX's Substack essays exist outside of her designed world, plain text on a generic platform, disconnected from the visual identity that defines the brat era. Despite being some of her most personal and revealing writing, they lack the aesthetic context that makes her other work feel cohesive.

INSIGHT
‘brat’ era Charli was one of the most visually deliberate moments in recent pop, with every touchpoint from album covers to film to merchandise carrying a unified and recognizable language. The essays deserve to live inside that same world, treated with the same visual intention as the rest of her output.

IDEA
Compile her Substack essays into a zine that extends the brat visual identity, using her established palette, typography, and era-defining photography, giving her words the aesthetic home they deserve.
